FEES & PAYMENTS

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation prior to initiating assessment and treatment. My therapy rates are comparable to other doctoral-level clinicians with APA-accredited postdoctorate specialty training in California, and will be discussed during our phone consultation. Payment is due at the time of session.

INSURANCE

I do not currently contract with insurance panels. If your insurance plan is able to provide out-of-network coverage, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

STANDARD NOTICE

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. You can ask for a Good faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service, and you can expect to receive it in a timely fashion. Please note: I am only licensed to provide psychotherapy services to individuals residing in California. I do not provide emergency or crisis services and I do not bill insurance companies directly. I provide my clients with a monthly superbill they can submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement of a percentage of the session fee. Please call your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits to determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement of a portion of my session fee.
